Buying

If you are selling a house, write with the address and the price you want. We read it and say yes or no. We do not tour a street looking for a sale.

If we buy, the price is the one we both write down. We do not add a fee you have not seen.

Selling

When we hold a house, we sell it. The note names the price, the rooms, and what stays. You can ask to see it. We agree a time by email.

The office is not the house

115 Craven Park Road, London, N15 6BL is where we read the post. It is not a showroom. The house for sale is the address in the note, not this office.
